        The editorial office has been notified of a correction to the following sentence in the abstract of this article: “Approximately 86% of $2.9 trillion is spent annually on obesity, cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, and some cancers, with very poor return on investment for health outcomes.”
        The sentence should have read as follows: “Approximately 90% of $3.3 trillion in annual U.S. healthcare expenditures is spent annually on obesity, cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, and some cancers, with very poor return on investment for health outcomes.”
