      with great interest and appreciation. In this article, the authors indicated that the Taiwan national HIV/AIDS registry did not have CD4 T cell count data for each individual. How such an important parameter of clinical decision making for antiretroviral therapy was not registered is a key question about the HIV case management system in Taiwan.
